Systems, measured
All seven AI matte bench 0.995 IoU Median-of-four models times SAM2, scored against a roto vendor on 103 frames. A deterministic QC gate denied every injected defect and passed all four vendor mattes. Case study AI colour round trip 13.4 → 2.27 codes RMSE Drift between plate and model return, before and after the Slate match pass, measured on 45 still pairs and 7 clips. Identity round trip: 1 code max after 8-bit rounding. Case study Slate Nuke plugin suite 39 tests, v0.9.3 Shot loader, colour setup, frame-server cache, Card Pin, AI Patch, delivery QC and packaging. The suite runs without Nuke and ships on real jobs. Case study
